NORTHWESTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY...
At 1130 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Lorman, or 23 miles northeast of Natchez, moving
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A tornado watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for northeastern
Louisiana...and southwestern Mississippi.
